Made to order

Every blanket is woven to order in the United States.

Production time

Orders are woven and finished within 5–7 business days of purchase. During peak seasons (November–December) this may extend by a few days, and we'll tell you if it does.

Transit time

Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves.

Total time from order to doorstep is usually 8–14 business days unless express shipping is selected.

Currently: free shipping on all orders within the United States.

International orders

We currently ship within the United States only.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible to make changes. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you cover the return postage.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email info@designsbykubs.com and we'll open a carrier investigation with you. We won't leave you to sort it out alone.
